Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Products sold on Krochette are made with care by us and our partners. We understand how much you value your purchase. We take great care to ensure you only get high quality products, but please remember these are handmade items and will have some rough edges and finishes to it compared to machine made products. There will also be slight variations in color and shades compared to pictures displayed on the website. 

Return or Replacement Policy

To provide the best customer experience, our Return or Replacement Policy is in place. However, your product is eligible for return or replacement only if a wrong product was delivered to you. Also, please note that all items are 100% handmade and, in some cases, created (on order basis) by our artists by their sheer hard work, so small variations may occur in shades and finishes. 

For your return to be eligible (only if a wrong product was delivered), your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with tags intact. It must also be in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Also ensure that you send us the unpacking video of the product when you receive it as we will require it to prove that a wrong item was shipped. The video must cover the shipping label of the package to demonstrate it is our shipment that is being opened and the video should be uninterrupted and unaltered/edit to show what product was in the packaging.

If a product was customized to your request, it cannot be refunded or exchanged at all even if you feel the finished product is not matching your expectations as we cannot sell these products to anyone else, so we request you to kindly provide images of expected products to help us understand your needs better. 

To complete your return for incorrect products that may have been shipped, we also require a receipt and proof of purchase. To return an incorrect product, please contact us at contact@krochette.com or call us/WhatsApp at  +91 9740 505989 from Monday-Friday between 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM IST within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: Order number, delivery address, unpacking video, proof of purchase and an image of the item.

Refund Policy

Only an item that qualifies for a refund based on the conditions listed above will be subject to a refund policy as follows:

Payment refunds will be applicable only in case incorrect products are delivered. Though, the possible resolution could also be a replacement shipment. The customer can choose one of these two options.

We can ship a replacement only subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.

If a refund is eligible, the same will be processed within the next 3 business days and will be subject to banking regulations until it reflects in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will have the following timelines to cancel your order:

  • For custom made products within 12 hours of placing the order
  • For ready to ship products, until the product is shipped out (or 24 hours whichever is less). 

No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained for orders after these timelines
